Vita after 6 month

I was going to buy one at the launch, but multiple issues prevented me. Now almost after 6 month, did it get any better on the following issues?

1. Did the backward compatibility get better? Did they add more psp games since launch?
2. Did they add PSONE support yet? I remember they saying they would at a later time.
3. Can I buy memory card at cheaper price now?

Still thinking about buying one, I still like this better than 3DS. But Sony needs to do better. Lowing the price would be great.

If you've waited this long then you may as well just wait for the next revision. Hopefully the screen will be better.

1. I dont know, but theres some PSP games that are compatible like the god of war games.
2. They added PSOne support, but i dont think they have every title working there yet.
3. No, unless some shop makes some special deal.

To be honest, buying a Vita at this point is like taking a jump off a cliff. If things dont turn around until the end of the year, the console will probably lose all 3rd party support and you'll be left with one pretty brick.

3DS is the safe bet at this point.

They have added a whole bunch of psp games, and there is some great vita games to play also.
You can also get some good deals on ebay on mem cards.

You're probably right. How long was it before the first PSP revision? A year and half?

I'm probably never buying one.

Easy to say "big deal" but I have bought every major console/handheld that came out for about the last 20 years, including the 3DS. It speaks to how little I think of the Vita.

Of course they could actually start putting games on it I give a damn about and that could change, but so far it's look like they just put a bunch of PS3 games on there and some other games that mean nothing to me.

Did you get a PSP on launch day? I mean; I know Sony will eventually release top quality titles for it. I mean; given their wait history and the amount of power the Vita has.

Yeah something like that. But it always comes. I think there were 3 of them, not including the Go.
