God I love PC gaming.... but there is still the issue of a new video card. oh well I already want to upgrade anyway (consumer whore)

Oh yeah, Halo 2 looks SO on par with the other DX10 games. Pure quality right there. Seriously. I mean it.

Location: I hated going to weddings cause all the grandmas would poke me saying "you're next, you're next". They stopped saying that when I did it to them at Funerals.

that's probably what Halo 3 will look like but better.

hopefully the new DX10 cards will still run on Windows XP, so I don't have to upgrade to Vista for awhile, cause I do want to get it, but only till I know we won't get any problems with it and I just want the 3D card first hehe.

I would love to run all the old DX9 games with full power with the new cards hehe

Now I cant tell if you're being sarcastic like I was. That halo2 thing looks like crap. And yeah, you'll be ble to use dx10 cards for xp just fine. Just wont play anything in dx10 format. It'll default to 9.

They look really good...but what do the same games look like beside their DX9 versions? And what other benefits can it create (better physics, environmental destruction, model damage etc.)?

I wonder how the 360/PS3 versions of some of those games will look?
