Fill my perfectly normal human belly with insight on why I should go a different route.

the G7 is a little under $60 so you saved $25. Batteries are not a problem at all since they are hot swapable with the spare battery, which is always sitting in your reciver. It takes a long time to drain one, and when you do its literally 5 seconds of switch time.

You might not think a mouse makes much of a difference, But the G7 is wireless, which is a must have for PC gaming. You will be suprised how agrivating that cord can get. It has a in-game sensitivity toggle button, which my brother uses to beat the crap out of me in UT2k4 (toggle high to dogfight and low to snipe).

Hmmm. Sounds interesting. I ordered this mouse already though. I'll look into the G7 and see what prices it rangers for. Then maybe decide on a new game plan or keep what I got. Thanks for the insight Seraph!

Yeah I almost felt bad for tooting the G7 horn in your thread when you had already bought a mouse and it was too late to go back.

See how you like the one you got. Cordless is just a big thing to me the way i play FPS's.

The G7 is a brilliant mouse. So is the MX-1000. Having used all of them and the 518, they all felt the same in fps games. Very acurate and lovely. However the 518 isnt as bulky and fits into the hand oh so much nicer. I had to get used to the other wireless ones.

Also the BIG plus, for me at least, is that the cord is a saving factor. As in theres been a couple times where the cord was the reason the mouse didnt smash off my desk and onto the floor. My cordless would be owned by now. My desk has a compartment that I pull out which has the keyboard and mouse on. While there is plenty of room, there is a nasty drop on each side.

ATI would be best but the Digital Vibrance colour setting in nvidia is by far the biggest reason to own an nvidia card.

Plus I seen benchmarks for the 7900 card. It screams. I think I'll be plenty happy with it as long as all goes well. The only negative thing I ever heard about the cards is the model I picked out is buggy? I only heard that from 1 person though so I can't take it as total fact.

MSI is a high quality brand. The guy either stuffed up something on his system or he got a rare lemon.

Theres only 1 time a game made me jump back in my seat and actually spazfest-hand-TOSS the mouse away by accident, and that was during Aliens vs Predator 2.

Quite nice Anthrax. I also have a panaflow but a XP-90. The 120's are huge. What board do you have btw? And do you have any issues with the ram getting in the way?

DAY 4
Nothing happening to much right now. I'm looking around for some good monitor deals. Which is harder then one might expect. After doing some review searching I'm going to go with a Dell 2007fpw Ultrasharp Monitor. Sadly, the one I would LOOOOVE to have is $350+ easy. Of course its a kick butt monitor. 9/10 ratted stuff with loads of features and widescreen. I feel almost tempted to buy it seeing as I can keep this monitor for as long as she stays alive but you know, its just so much. Is a extra week at work worth it? Or should I go with a normal 19"?

If it means getting a PC you'll be 100% pleased with for years, then an extra month at work is worth it.

I think I have to agree. I'm just trying to draw the line from "good investment vs going to far". Thankfully the monitor can be used for TV, Console gaming, ect. So its a multi-use screen for a media center. Which makes it seem all that less expensive now as I need to buy a TV for my apartment...or is that just crazy talk? Mr.T what should I do!?
