Sins of a Solar Empire in stores

Supposedly. Go get this game if you like games like Homeworld.

Quote:
The game features stunning graphics, epic single player strategy gaming, and an outstanding multiplayer experience on the LAN or over the Internet. Early adopters have described the game as everything from “a successor to Homeworld” to “Kohan and Master of Orion 2 combined” to “Total Annihilation in space.” What makes Sins of a Solar Empire truly unique is its unrivaled scale: Players can manage an entire empire or zoom in on individual freighters delivering cargo to distant trade ports.

The game began its retail availability today for $39.95 at Best Buy at 2pm EST and is expected to be available at most retail outlets by the end of this week. Users can also order and download the Collector’s Edition for $49.95 from www.sinsofasolarempire.com.

Not really. Those are your other ships that you're commanding. Think of it as a giant fleet with many types. And theres some other stuff I dont really know. Dont have the game yet but totally plan to. Been looking forward to it for like a year.

Maybe i'll get it..i'm playing too much shit now, may not have time for it as Devil May Cry 4 and Team Fortress 2 take up all my time. And if i was going to play an RTS it would be Supreme Commander until Starcraft 2 hits, unless this game is God.

I might play this, but I got a lot of games going on atm.
Gal Civ was amazing, almost as good as MoO, but Monster Hunter 2 Freedom has me pretty much unable to play any other game...

Reviews are really good for this title.
Averaging 8.8 right now!
Lowest score is an 8, and that was from X-Play...

Well, I do have that $60 Best Buy giftcard leftover from the holidays...

I assume to play online the full retail version w/a key is needed.
