I'm going to guess this game is still popular with the kids.

guess that all depends on guild/server ... i only do group/instance/raid with my guild and never have any problems.

i still really enjoy playing it .. have stopped for the time being have totally hammered Burnng Crusade ( two character from 0 - 70 since it came out at the start of the year).. will play again when next ex pack comes out.

Pretty much everyone tries WoW these days up to the most unlikely people. Ever since it got coverage on more and more mainstream media, its popularity rose exponentially. People will try it once they hear "best" MMO and "most popular". Take a look at what s happening with Second Life, which looks shit and runs like shit. It brought a fresh concept, the media started speaking of it once they found about it and pop, everybody starts a virtual life on second life.

I just got the 70, at the moment, but a couple of twinks though that are some rough stuff .

Anyone play on Kilrogg, BoneChewer, or Blackrock?

-Side note, although it says 9 million subs, you have to consider everyone in asia has 2 accounts lmao.

67 Shadow Priest and a 50 Warrior.

The kids only get to you if you let them. Get a good guild and you will never have to worry about it.

For the money, WoW is the best overall MMO out there. Shure it has its bad points but the good points make up for it.

Me thinks most of u lack end-game experience. At level 70 the game is unbalanced like hell! I play it but i plan to leave it once Age of conan comes out, blizzards just broke the whole thing with TBC.
Has for the news, its obviously not true. Thousands of accounts are taken by gold farmers or publicity spammers. 9 mil users isnt 9 mil active subscribers.
I honestly cant wait for this game to lose alot of customers cause its too sucessful for its own good. The developer becomes arrogant and thinks everything their doing is right when it isnt.

And btw i have 3 lvl 70 (mage, priest, paladin), lvl26 warrior and a newb here or there that didnt go past lvl16.
