It was already out on IMDB a couple of days ago.

Well Fox owns the right to the Skrulls don't they?

They were part of the Fantastic Four package I think.

Apparently the fox heads hate the skrulls but Marvel wanted the Super Skrull in the 2nd movie so they made the torch get all 4 powers instead.

New spiderman trailer. Looks better in motion, I am a bit surprised.

Not totally enthused about the design of the Lizard....

But at least it's not a Power Rangers mask.

Yeah, that looks pretty good! Definitely more realistic than Raimi's take, and Spidey's sense of humor is much appreciated.

Looks fairly crappy to me. He doesnt suit the spiderman character just like Toby didnt. The comedy lines in that trailer were pretty poor. And to be fair 3/4 of that clip looked like the first original movie with a slight twist. Fuck all imagination. Not impressed.

I think it looks better than the last 3 by miles, it gives more of a spidey feeling to it than they did.

some Spidey fans are complaining him beating up the bullies in school but Peter did lose his temper a lot in school, he beat up Flash all the time and then Flash just passes it off as a lucky punch.

I remember in the comics when Nick Katzenberg came up to him and asked him where "Juggs" is and he just throws him into a table. Classic.

Well yeah of course they are upset because that is uncharacteristic of Peter Parker as the "nerds" nerd. Now he has a sense of cool and obviously he isn't going to take shit from anybody once he has his powers. I guess this is a more modern take on the character. Seeing as we are both avid comic book readers we should be used to characters doing things that we don't expect them to or some other writer decides wants to change about them. So their complaint is kind of invalid.

Also to address Green Goblin power ranger mask issue, there in my opinion at the time was no real way of doing it, and what they had (which we all have seen by now) prior to the helmet may have seem to be impractical in that it may have required more work to get it to the standard that Raimi wanted facial structure and emotion-wise. When you think about it, the green goblins mask makes no fucking sense anyways, I am hard pressed to suspend my belief about that. Now my issue with Green Goblin was actually his suit, I think there were other things they could have done to make it more convincing.

Still until I see this movie and judge it for myself, Spiderman 2 is still the best. Also him being unmasked is really fucking annoying. The point of being a superhero is having dual identities. The one thing spiderman is and to a certain extent was is he is protective of his identity. That was part of the fun of spiderman. Why not have scenes where his mask is battle damaged like what Erik Larsen and Todd Macfarlane used to do all the fuckin time. Like what Raimi did in the first movie. Just makes no sense to me.

</end rant>

Nolans Batman was awesome. He took the dark knight, same character from the comics mind you, and tried to spin it into a believable real world style. Worked and it was excellent.
