This is the same Supreme Court that just approved ObamaCare today. They're all for big corporations so they'll probably pass this as well.

How is health care in favour of big corporations?

They'd rather not cover anyone and leave them to die.

I'm sorry but you didn't have your thinking cap on when you made that post. Insurance companies just like laws were passed that you had to get car insurance, now you have to have a health care provider, or I should say you will starting in 2014.

I actually agree with Justin about ObamaCare. It's crazy. They should force national health care through increased taxes, NOT through forcing people to buy private health insurance.

I believe at first Obama wanted health care to be affordable by increased taxes but the republican congress wouldn't approve it and this is what they came with in the end.

Auto insurance isn't even comparable. You aren't required by law to have it unless you drive and you're not forced to drive or own a vehicle. You are, however, forced to have health insurance simply by living in the United States.

Obama has said that his thing is NOT a tax, but then later argued it is a tax in order to get to passed.

There used to be a time that auto insurance was not required by law to have, even if you drive. Car insurance companies weren't near as big as they are today before there were laws. I would say it's very comparable to health care insurances, even though they're already big they'll be bigger than ever when there are laws requiring you to have them.

There's just going to more and more laws telling you what you have to do, but it's not for your own good it's all about money.

Yes exactly. This whole debacle has been really incredibly stupid and irritating.

Whats stopping you now anyway? I mean, buying second hand isn't helping the developers anyway.

cause buying 2nd hand still helps someone. What if I needed money or the bank would take my house and I needed to sell everything I own to save my house

Trying to stay within the laws of this great United States Government land of the free!

I do pirate older stuff. I'll be damned if I'm going to pay some fool who got lucky and found a Suikoden II or Panzer Dragoon Saga hundreds of dollars. Of course I've been the fool that's found Suikoden II and Panzer Dragoon Saga and I didn't mind being the one selling them for hundreds of dollars.

i for one can't even begin to articulate how wonderful it would be to have a group of old dudes to vote what's ok and what isn't.

LOL apparently a Republican Supreme Court Justice voted in ObamaCare JUST so Obama wouldn't get reelected. I can't even begin to articulate how stupid that is.

That would be a stupid move. There's nothing Mittens can really do to overturn it if he were elected. And although I am not an Obama fan, I'd rather have him than Mittens.
