FINALLY GOT THOUGHHHHHHHHHH! Yah it is them, they updated their servers and something went wrong and it's giving out massive packet loss, which is why I can sometimes get though and other times I can't.
He said it should be fixed by tonight. At least I didn't reformat......

seems to be fixed now. hurray!
But there goes my free time today, I was stuck on the phone and trying to fix it myself all this time and i really wanted to play Armored core V with my friends  we have been stealing a lot of territories from everyone. muHAHAHHA!I love using the chainsaw ultimate weapon, nobody ever thinks of anyone using that in the beginning of the match! I take out 2 guys if they are stupid enough right away! edit: damnit I spoke too soon! it disconnected me from steam again edit again, ok now it seems to be fixed for sure. I can connect to steam and download files again and bit torrent is working fine and it wasn't before.
