The thing is... if you analyse every system rationally, SWTOR is a better game.

There are similarities in the combat and end-game structure, but the crafting system is a joy to play on SWTOR and just boring and unrewarding on WoW. Of course the flow of game and character development are where SWTOR really shines, making it a new standard for MMO's.

The only area where i believe WoW to be stronger is in the slightly better exploration. Their zones do look more open ended.

In my opinion whoever tells you that WoW is better than SWTOR doesnt really give you an accurate picture of both products.

eh I've gone back and forth on it after playing too much of the beta. Its a much more magical game when you are playing through the story the first time. Hoping the lack of losing a character 2 days after hitting max lvl constantly will bring the original spark back to the game for me.

playing it and enjoying it alot. I'm on european servers though.

I find this game so worth it (+ guild wars 2) that i've spent 300 euros so far on a new graphics card and power source and im gonna spend another 200 next week on a new motherboard, processor and RAM. I really want the game to run on a silky smooth fps with high settings.

They finally gave Aus/NZ a release date, which is supposedly the 1st of March. And we're getting Local Servers! That's the one thing that makes me angry about WoW/Blizzard, is due to the fact they refuse to provide us with local servers. Makes the incentive to play 'The Old Republic' that much greater. So i'll be waiting till then, while I get a sexy ATI(refuse to call it amd) 7970/7950 in the mean time on january 9th. *rubs hands together*

I'm playing it a good bit myself. Really enjoying the improvements to the pvp/world pvp systems over beta. I think Ilum is going to be a good solid bit of fun once more people hit 50. Right now its just too empty to do anything aside from finish dailies. I'm on Hedarr Soongh, Republic side, if anyone needs people to play with.

Its a unique game and i admire the idea of this game and there is many space ships in this game so it is a strange experience.

Gamers playing the hit online game Star Wars: the Old Republic are torturing and abusing a female 'slave' character with punches and an 'electric shock collar' - and enjoying it.

This game needs to be banned!! Also, you cannot win in this game if you arent using this monstrously horrible thing.
