Nevada has theirs at 16, though its clearly obscene in my books. I think the age of concent is required for those larger age gaps. WTF was she thinking, obvious words are that she's a pedo, but since she's a female you would have to morph that and say she's "just going through a hard time".

If she was a guy they would of forced him to be in therapy, his picture would classify him as a predator, and his life would be polygraph tests asking him if he still likes children for the rest of his life. Not to mention his life in jail, which would either kill him or force him to shut down mentally.

I think I've watched too much Law and Order SVU. lol
