I've downloaded the demo from Japan PlayStation Store. It's like playing cubic puzzle with ero-horror theme

Apparently, my expectations were too high for their first HD game.

Not sure if this title gonna are still at my buying list anymore. At least day-1 buy is not gonna happen.

Well I'm glad it isn't some stupid RPG, actually my interest peaked when i saw puzzles and some sort of scoresystem.
Seriously did anybody expect an megaten game? The title didn't had anything to do, and the first videos made me guess at some kind of horror, at least not an rpg. It's been a while since Maken X/Shao and I really want to see Kaneko crank out more game that aren't megaten or rpg's under his art direction.

I think it looks fun. And Maken X was absolutely wonderful, not that the gameplay is similar.

Perhaps if Catherine does well, it'll fund a real MegaTen game.

I like Maken X, but preferred Maken Shao - such a shame that version didn't get released in NA.

It sounds like the game is super hard. I really want to like it, so hopefully it won't prove too frustrating.

It's on the PS3/XB360 what were people expecting exactly LOL. As it hasn't been announced for Europe yet (though I'm sure it will) i'm importing the PS3 version.
