Xbox Pedophile facing charges after trying to lure 13 year old boy

A 24 year old man is facing felony charges after he asked a 13 year old boy to send him a naked picture of himself. His comments and pedophile behaviour were conducted on Xbox Live while the two were playing video games.

A Portsmouth, Va., man is in jail facing felony charges after admitting last year to asking a 13-year-old Fayetteville boy to send him a naked picture of himself.

Ryan Edwin Donker, 24, was picked up on an arrest warrant filed in Washington County in October on charges of computer child pornography.

Donker was extradited from Virginia, transported by the Washington County Sheriff's Office and booked into Washington County Detention Center Friday, officials said.

He remained in jail as of Monday evening apparently unable to post a $20,000 bond, which includes a no contact order with the victim. His arraignment is set for Feb. 2.

Computer child pornography is a class B felony punishable upon conviction by five to 20 years in prison, fines of up to $15,000 or both.

The Fayetteville Police Department built its case after the boy told his parents that a man he knew as "Ryan" made sexual comments on Aug. 7 while the two were playing video games and chatting on Xbox Live, an online gaming and entertainment service available to users of the Xbox 360 video game system.

I saw a thirteen year old kid asking around in Home what age they were, and most of them were in their thirties, so he goes around screaming "pedo's" to them and runs away. Weirdo.

Except that Home requires a PS3, and children do not have PS3s. They have Wiis and some of them have Xbox360s. Only rich executives have PS3s.
