PC Brownout Issue

I was having problems earlier with my MoBo, but didn't really take action until my PC started having brownouts. (Resetting).

My first thought was my MoBo, since it was previously having problems.

With that replaced, I re-installed windows, and low-and-behold, they were still there.

Next I thought it was overheating issues, since the Rails on my PSU seemed pretty stable. With a better heatsink, and a few other changes I thought I would have been good to go.

Wrong again.
So now I must ask if it is my PSU. The rails seemed fine, but perhaps I dont have enough Wattage for my system (it recently just rest when using Azuerus, installing a game, watching a video on youtube, watching a movie [paused at the time], and using Google Talk.)

That was using basically every part I have, which is:
2x 320GB HDD in RAID 0
1x 300GB HDD (IDE)
1x 250GB HDD
1x Samsung DvD Drive
Audigy X-Fi Extreme Sound Card
7900GS Graphics Card
Pentium Core Duo 2.13Ghz
2x 800Mhz RAM
2x 120mm Case Fan
2x 80mm Case Fan

And my PSU is a Coolmax 550Watt model.

So you guys think my PSU could be a fault??? Ive essentially replaced every other part except my DVD Drive and the HDD not in RAID 0. I really need to figure out this brownout problem, especially since I have invested so much money into it already...

Actually it sounds like maybe it could be your ram. If its resetting while installing something then it cant be heat issues. Definately do a benchmark test on your ram and see how it handles stress.
