Question about copyrights and flash
I'm just curious if anyone is familiar with the legality of using music from videogames in flash animations. If there are any legal penalties. I heard it is alright to do this as long as you don't make profit as a direct result from said product. I have a feeling that's true, or else alot've webcomics would be in deep boiling crap from ongoing use of copyrighted material.

Yeah, you can use video game music in a flash comic that's copyrighted. As long as you're not making a profit from it and are not claiming the songs as your own.
