Im still skeptic about those graphics. Ill have to see for myself to really get a grasp of it.
Even though i joked with the two new RPGs by calling them clones, the fact is i think they both will prove interesting.

True, it's best to temper expectations when it comes to the next gen graphics. After all, Half-Life 2 cannot be done on current consoles either, so there is a lot of gray area when looking at his statement. Close ups as he describes can be achieved to a degree in current PC games, like Far Cry - where you zoom in over great distances and it looks great.

I noticed that he said that he wants to keep out of the console wars. I take it he's been put off by all the stupidity which this generation has wrought. All the useless bickering about who's console is best is really tiresome. He just wants to focus on making the games, which is good to hear.
