SVC Chaos got a better score than Def Jam?

Okay, I haven't played the game yet, but can some one tell me it actually is that weak to be outscored by SVC?

No, it's not.

They gave Katamari Damacy a B when it clearly deserves an A

play's main complaint was about the dumbed down gameplay for Def Jam.

"With last year's Def Jam Vendetta, EA got a hold of Acclaim's trademark wrestling engine, considered one of the best in the buisness and simplified it slightly.....But with Def Jam: Fight for NY, the series has strayed even further from what made Acclaims past efforts great. Gameplay has been simplified with only a handful of grapple moves per character, while at the same time made less intuative with the addition of a strength modifier button that must be pressed to initiate strong strikes and grapples."

Atari X is that a direct quote?

Because if they said it was Acclaim's wrestling engine, I denounce these individuals as not having any idea what the hell they are talking about. It is well known that last year's Def Jam engine was made by AKI, who made THQ's famous wrestling games for N64.

I was wondering how the transition would be from a basic wrestling game to a brawler, when I heard they change studios. Still to put the game lower than one of the most hated fighting games to appear in years, I was worried for a second.

I'm not into wrestling games at all, so my bust, it is AKI. I have never even heard of AKI. I thought it was play using an abreviation for Acclaim, so I though I would just type out the full name. I knew Acclaim made a wrestling game, so I figured it was them. Other than that though, it is a direct quote.

I couldn't agree more, I got it today and man... who the hell thinks of such simple yet fun games?! I mean really Katamari is my favorite game of the year so far next to Onimusha 3.

How the hell did Galleon get a B?

I wanna try "A Dog's Life." Going around and taking a dump on everything has gotta be the best game for stoners to play since Conkers.

Burnout3 is not on Cube and giving Katamari an 8 is rediculous. The poster sounded interesting till you said it had monster hunter on it.
