King of Fighters. Super Mugen monster version!

I guess this guy went a little crazy. Have a look. Seems pretty cool. Though it is 200megs. I aint looked at it yet, will when I go to my friends since he already downloaded it. I'm not much of the mugen type.

Which is the version for Windows 2000? I see many links on that page. It better be fee because I am an American and I deserve everything for free... just because!
