Help w/ burning DVDrs

Does anyone know how to do bin/cue on a DVD burning program? Is it possble to use cdrwin for this?

I think (though not sure) that Nero can burn DVD-R's.

hmmmm!! Methinks this sounds like PIRATE STUFF to me!!

This is really something people should know about in their burning programs. But because theres a chance this is about pirating I am then in a tough spot. To help or not to help.. hmm.. BEGONE!!
