Max Payne 2 screens
Some legend over at this board has a few pasted up. Only on the first and second page so far. I'm assuming these are in-game shots just because of the way the heads look and the clothes. Also Max Payne uses comic book style cinematics and no FMV. Either way loved the first one, dying for the second.

If thats a screen that definately a FMV... but then again... as I remember... all the FMVs in Max Payne where in game... and ...daaaamn.... the only thing I'm worried about is the concept of the game's story, it supposed to be Film Noir Love Story? This is definately not going to be for the manicly depressed.

Well you're probably not the only one, but you are in the minority.
And I have no doubt that the story will be top notch, because of how easy it is to make a detective film noir story. Half the point of max payne was that the story was so bad its good, so i don't think that'll be a problem. I'm interested in seeing if they can improve on the gameplay on the first, or if its more of a improved graphics only....

They'll most likely tweak the gameplay some. Though to be honest I didn't find anything at fault with it. I could aim perfectly and do everything I needed to. Though I feel sorry for the console players. Aiming with a joypad is a lesson in stress.
