Anyone else excited

I was just wondering if anyone else except me is very excited about Nintendo Puzzle Colection or the new Bust-A-move game. There is no gameplay that is more addicting than puzzle games. Also the ladies loves them, they usually do not enjoy when i play Resident Evil or something similiar but whith puzzle games is another story. My many (And I me?n tons) of former girlfriends (usually really hot) are usually somewhat skeptical about my game collection but when I pull out my original toploader NES with Dr Mario they sure like to play. Sometimes I even get a lot of lovin afterwards (always a god trick)

If Super Street Puzzle Fighter 2 was released for the Gamecube, my love of puzzle games will grow exponentially. But I guess this is what the GB-Player is for

With the news of the Freeloader being released, I believe I'm going to have to import the Nintendo Puzzle Collection. It's one of those bargain-priced new releases, and how hard is it to stumble through a puzzle game, anyway?

Puzzle Fighter is STILL coming out on the GBA (though it's been kinda delayed) that title also pumps me up. SPF2:T was one of those PSX games that nobody originally wanted, but when they played it they got hopelessly addicted.

I don't know what Ubi Soft did, but they sure.... Frenchified the translation/localization or whatever of the Bust a Move GBA game. If the localization of Puyo Pop was an example of a perfect GBA puzzle game localization, then B-A-M probably gets the crap reward. The menus make me wanna cryyyyyy!!!

...I wish Nintendo would get the Tetris rights back. Even today, the best Tetris is still the original Green-and-lighter green Game Boy version. I've made many a Luigi cower in defeat (='_'=)

I was younger when I played on it, and I had to rent it like a dozen times... then they didn't stock it anymore. Bastards. It was fucking great though.

Yep, I don't understand, Testris is such a simple game to make. All these new Tetris games over the year isn't up to the standard of the one I played on NES. I think simplicity was why it was fun, these new Testris games has a lot of new stuff. But I admit, Nintendo's Testrisphere on N64 was really cool. Testris Attack was release here as Pokemon Puzzle League, its more of a strategy game. You align blocks so that they match to make them disappeared.

I never played tetrisphere although I had some friends who enjoyed it, Street Puzzle Fighter is cool but personally I enjoy those little Dinosaurs from the Bust-A-Move series.

I am a old boy and personally it does not matter if the game is super advanced or has super graphics. Halo is a nice game but after finished it I really dont care to ever go back to it. Puzzle games which are much more simplistic I tend to play for years. It is all based on gameplay.

That is probably why I constantly since 1982 have played games on my Colecovision.

I dont think I will import Bust-A-Move or the Nin Puzzle Collection, to expensive to do plus I still can play Dr. Mario, Tetris on the Nes and Bust-A-Move 4 on the playstation. But I sure am very excited about the titles though. I hope they deliver.

Has Nintendo Puzzle Collection been announced for relased over here yet? I was thinking about just importing it with the Freeloader, but NCS has it for $50 and I'm hopeful that if it gets released here it'll be relatively cheap (I can't imagine them charging $45-50 for it... it is just a puzzle game).

I love Bust a Move, but I haven't been able to find any previews for the Gamecube game, despite it coming out soon.

Nice I always wondered where all those Bust-A-Move fans were hiding.

I am not sure if Nin Puzzle Col has been announce yet for either the U.S or Europe. Hopefully it is a semi budget title but after RE 2 and 3 you never know.

I believe that you can find a preview of the game in Magic Box gamecube previews, if I remember correctly it is under Super Puzzle Bobble All Stars.

Yoshi's Cookie is a great game that doesn't get the recognition it deserves.

Is Yoshi's Cookie the same as the Yoshi Puzzle game on the NES?

Those are two different titles... I only had to play Yoshi Cookie one time for me to have my fill; it was horrible.

The Best Version Of Tetris is the black-cart Tengen printing of it for NES, B&W Gameboy version is classic though. Tengen Tetris, though, is a lot like the arcade version -and- gives you competitive, cooperative (yes, 2-player cooperative Tetris (it's messed up)) multiplayer games as well as a choice of BGM. Plus for every Level Up (which happens every 30 lines instead of 10 ) you get the Russian dancers in the center...
