There is a search option on the front page, just enter a game you should be right from there.

I just saw an ad for Shooter on a billboard in Crackdown. I actually thought it was pretty cool.

I think the only way something like this would bother me is if I started to see ads in games that don't take place in realistic settings like Mario, Mass Effect, Final Fantasy.

Edit: I didn't click on the link..... :/. Well, those kind of videogame ads are cool too.
