Under 15 bucks video to monitor cable.

I'm looking for a under 15 dollars option to hook up a video game's console video cable to my PC's monitor to use it like a TV screen. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

www.lik-sang.com have quite a few VGA cables for different consoles. Some are better then others so would be good to read the comments below or check on google for extra impressions. Great place to shop.
