PSP Region Free?

Update: Sony has now also confirmed that the PSP will be Region Free for games. You can play games worldwide from any region! This is some brilliant news for import gamers worldwide! I wish I could get coroborating evidence on this, but if it is true, not only is it good news for importers, but it could do away with that whole archaic CD region coding of console games (which I hope it does).
