That is Monster World IV, but Wonder Boy is not in it. It is pictured in my legacy diagram in the review. Where did you get an English version?
Westone developed the Monster World games, and Sega reprogrammed them and put Wonder Boy in them. in Japan Wonder Boy III: The Dragon's Trap was simply called Monster World II. Westone had nothing to do with Monster Lair nor the original Wonder Boy.
