Joe, it was right after the last generation of consoles that I woke up and realized: If I expended the same amount of money & time this generation as the last, there'd be little free time to do anything else, not to mention a (massive) hole in my wallet.
When you're younger, you have the luxury of having various hobbies, hanging out with friends, doing recreational stuff, leisure time, etc. You can just rush through hardships and pretty much do whatever you want, but time has a way of doing unexpected things so you've gotta stay on your toes; other things begin to take priority in your life.
