It does on the PS4 Pro, I have it on a 1080p TV, some games have the option of having 60 fps instead of 30fps in 4k. Not a huge list of games that do, but it is worth it for some games, like Ni-Oh. 4k causes massive slowdown om some areas of the game, but 1080p 60fps is perfect.

But, the Ryzen CPUs cause do 4k with integrated graphics. I think the newer intel cpus can too, but not as good. If you get powerful cooling with the ryzens, it can actually replace your GPU for most games. Not the more intense graphic games like Witcher 3, it can still run it, just on lower settings.

I've been thinking of building a newer computer with the 3000 series ryzens to try this out with.
