Would a Americana GBA Player work on a pal Machine?

I was just wondering would the new GBA player(usa) work on a pal machine?

I have found a site that are selling them forr ?22 and at that price i think i will get one.

i think that the GBA player came with a mini dvd tu use the gba player.
gotta ask if it works with the freeloader...
