Any new features?

From what I've heard, it sounds like a straight $-making port. It is a good idea to port it. Marvel vs Capcom is now reaching a new market.

Thats great, isn't GameCube getting it too?

No gamecube version was announced.Instead,GC is getting Capcom vs snk 2:EO(extreme offence).
If capcom were to release MvC2 on GC,it would affect the CvS2 sales for GC in some ways.
Anyway,a GC port would be cool too.I will get this for the ps2.

I thought "EO" means "Easy Operation", the GC port is going to have much simplified controls, you can pull out just about all the moves with the two analog sticks, that's why it is called EO.

It is Easy Operation in Japan, but I think they switched to Extreme Offense state-side.
I don't know if people will actually go out to buy Marvel Vs Capcom 2?? I've already played through the entire game years ago on my Dreamcast! Unless Capcom throws in new moves and characters, like Spiderman-The-Movie, Dante or something.

Seems like a waste to me; I was playing it on my Dreamcast like two years ago. *sigh*
Capcom vs. SNK 2 would make more sense; it's a more recent (and better) game at least.
I'd rather see titles that haven't come out yet on consoles, like Guilty Gear XX or KOF2001.
I have to agree with Bishamon!!It would be a waste
But it would be cool if they put more characters in it and not like a gold hulk or armor spiderman or whateva just some new characters!!
Maybe Mr Fantastic or The Thing,Archangel or ZERO or FORTE(BASS) ect ect ect!!
But perhaps this might be a chance for those who missed the game on the DC!!
