The notorious hacker group, Lizard Squad has not had its finish. Recently they have announced they will not only continue attacks on Xbox Live but will cripple it to the point that it will be unusable on Christmas day and possibly forever.

While it may not be forever, it's a safe bet that Lizard Squad will continue attacking Microsoft servers. Best thing to do is to remove any credit cards or vital information tied to your xbox live account right now.

Like the PSN being down from hackers, me no care. I just go and do something else lol

But, I am curious how long they can keep it down if they do attack them.

Well it'll suck for all the people who get Xbox One's for Christmas and then go through hell trying to get it online. Of course, it might have been hell for general congestion reasons. The lizards will probably try to claim responsibility for that.

oh yah, I forgot you have to be online for it to then work offline with that patch update, yah that will suck for the people who get the system brand new.

"Notorious hacker group"? Really? I've never heard of them. I don't think they're very notorious. Especially when they give warning. I mean, that's almost polite.

I heard these guy took down PSN for 2 hours this morning.

Sony has been battling yet another DDoS of its PlayStation Network: the PlayStation store went titsup in the early hours of this morning UK time.

Hacktivist group the Lizard Squad claimed responsibility for the latest security breach of Sony's network.

PlayStation said on its Twitter account that it was attempting to bring its collapsed PSN store back online. However, it was still spitting out a "page not found" error until roughly 10am GMT time this morning.
