I liked the reviving in Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory better. Limited number of uses made running an gunning not a 100% effective tactic (unless on max diff) However, it was a different playstyle for a different audience, so I understand why they did it the way they did.
EDIT: This is not the first post of the thread. Murray's below is. Don't ask.... I don't know and can't really explain the weirdness except to say we had some crazy time/date issues.

So its been confirmed at GDC, GOW2 in November. I cant wait !! Loved the first online and in co-op, bring it on.
I just finished the campaign mode on PC with a friend, the extra content was fresh and fun. I hope they make the co-op even better in part 2. :)

Nice. GoW's co-op gameplay was a refreshing change. I had tons of fun with it. Reviving a downed friend really made for some great momments. I'll probably pick this up new.

IMO it seems GOW2 must have been in the works for a while now. A November 2008 release is like candy for gamers.

I hope they have split screen coop again. That's what made the first one, IMO.

Changes to the Unreal engine. Mind you theyr'e running this off a PC and emulating the xbox on it. Wait...I think I divided by zero with that statement.

No way. No PC could run that without costing 6 billion.
PS. Water effects do no impress.
