I believe all those Gamecube games except StarFox are multiplatform, otherwise how do Namco reach their goal to release 130 games this year!?

Namco have said the two RPGs, (Phantasia and the new one) are exclusive to GC, along with Starfox, but Ridge Racer (and Soul Calibur 2) are multiplatform.

Is the arcade ver. of Soul Caliber gonna be on the Triforce board?

I don't think so, as far as I know the arcade version runs on the PS2 246 arcade board.

BlueBlackRed is right. The game was made on the 246 board(which is basically the PS2 hardware). So the PS2 will have a perfect port, if not better. The Xbox and Gamecube should have better graphics, depending on the quality of the port. The game looks great either way.

Gamecube has inferior hardware than the PS2!

Some of the things in the GameCube is actually older than the PS2 hardware. And the PS2 is also supposed to have better AI. But I don't know if I would go as far as calling it inferior.

...The Gamecube has a Radeon card.

Namco has said that when they begin a series on a console, all the sequals will stay on that system. Like all Tekken sequals will be on Sony's console.(Not sure what Tekken Advance was all about). Ridge Racer might get a new name, since it's going multi-platform. Soul Caliber originally started on the DC. But since that has ended, they're making it multi-system, so every one will have a chance to enjoy it. They don't want to betrey the loyal fans that only have one system.
