I hope they make Joker a sad clown in this with a artistic styling and use of metaphors with him.

The crying clown can represent a new born child and batman the parent going to beat it's kid.

Damn, I'm awesome, I should write and direct movies.

I'm hoping the new Two-Face isn't the same as the one done by Tommy Lee Jones, which was wasted/annoying, like the movie it was in.

Morgan Freeman in the movie should be a must.

Anything with Christian Bale in it is automatically fantastic.

u want pictures of morgan freeman? No not the lady who will be playing the role, i mean the comic book character.

I know who batman, alfred and joker are, but i have no clue who those two female characters are.

with a name like Lucious Fox I had to make a "pixplz" comment

cheers for getting rid of that hack katie holmes. plus Harvey Dent's role in this movie isn't going to be a villain, just Rachel Dawes' boss.

Cillian Murphy did a good scarecrow.

Isn't Sin City 2 being released this summer?

Well This Batman movie can't be worst then Ghostrider. (the ads are enough for me to call it crap and the fact that Nicholas Cage is in the movie. )

Nolan said he called it 'The Dark Knight' for a reason. HE said that in Gotham City, things have to get worse before they can get better....

Batman Begins was just plain awesome. The Dark Knight will have a steep hill to climb to outperform its predecessor.

I agree with that. Sequels always make me uneasy when its coming after a really good movie. Once you get a taste of something good, you wont settle for anything less for a sequel. If ya can't at least match the quality then it shouldn't even be made I say.

OK I haven't read this entire thread, but I do have a few questions and I want them answered:

-I thought this movie was to be called "Batman Continues" with the final movie of the trilogy called "Batman Concludes". Why is this not the case?

-What happened to the little girl who played Bruce Wayne's love interest in "Begins"? She was like 12 or something. Did she grow up and they had to get someone else who was still 12?

Arnold

She married and had a kid. Wayne may be a philanderer, but he is not the adulterous type, and especially not to somebody attached to someone who believes aliens would come to save us. So, she was axed.

The same director is at the helm of the second movie in the revitalized series, so I'm expecting something good. Not all sequels turn out bad. Batman Returns was lunatically better, and still is my favorite, than the first one made by Tim Burton.

Oh, and not letting Joel Schummacher direct always helps.

Ah, those women. In the end they always run away with the villain.

Arnold

While they may ultimately settle with the boring/homely types, women get turned on by bad boys, or in this instance, a mental case. It's a universal conundrum, not even a god can explain. :)

-I thought this movie was to be called "Batman Continues" with the final movie of the trilogy called "Batman Concludes". Why is this not the case?

Because it sounds stupid. Having batman concludes as a final movie is utterly ridiculous his mission will never be "over". duh
