there's no other word for it. I've been looking for this game FOREVER. Have had it on the SNES, and never looked back on any other Baseball game again (have a PC, PS2 and tried all other baseball games... but people who know the Bighead Baseball Series will know why there is no more realistic game than this, although the chars are goofie and all. Specially if you play baseball yourself you'll see why this game is great).

Anyways... my friend and I are trying to get this game forever now. We'll buy it online, offline, whereever, but we cannot find one single source. The only one I found looked dubious and didnt send to Europe (Switzerland here).

Does anybody have the link to an online store that sells this thing? I mean it's always been one of the bestselling Jap games.

According to the Dengeki charts it's on No3 AND 18 for PS2 and GC. I'd even buy a GC for that game.

You have to ordered it from a Japanese retailor for import. Its a Japan only game.

Wow.. I guess that the GC version didn't sport any improvements over it's PS2 counterpart?

Oh well, at least it got released on both consoles!

Have you tried doing a search on it? There are lots of import stores. I'm sure you could aslo request it from one of them if they don't carry it (the price might be higher this way, though)

Oh yes, believe me I have tried. Over and over again. I have found ONE store, and they said: Sorry, we don't sell to Europe.

I've asked all import stores over here, and they all said they'll ask they're Japan Contacts... but nada. Can't believe that...

What you need then my friend, is eBay or some other auction place.. look for the title there.

If not, then what you need is a friend in Japan who can go and get the game for you and ship it to you. We have a couple of people from Japan here, I'm sure they'd help.

this is a reliable site, i always shop here for music CDs, but they also sell PS2 imports and they have Jikkyou 9 for $65.99 but again no idea if they ship to ur place


by the way im thinking about getting Jikkyou 9 but what are some improvements over the SNES versions?? Im deciding between this and NeChu Pro 2002 from Namco, that looks pretty good too.
