 Konami revealed new details on its upcoming PSP RPG Genso Suikoden Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki [Suikoden: The Woven Web of a Century], showing the battle system and some of the playable characters.
The game will have a turn based battle system, you can bring up to 6 characters to battles, 3 in the front and 3 in the back row; you can perform team attacks. The characters learn new skills from characters in the past via the Skill Transmission System, for example if two characters of the same job class fight together, they can learn each other's skills. There are 6 job classes available, including swordsman, mage, lancer, archer, martial artist, ninja, bard and chemist, there are additional sub-jobs such as blacksmith.
There are 108 playable characters in the game, some of which have been revealed, including the protagonist and his close friends Myura, Zino, Iria Barukai, Hagaru and Rurusa.
