Square Enix announced Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy for 3DS, but don't get too excited, it is a theatrical music rhythm game featuring classic music from the Final Fantasy series. In each stage you will battle monsters using music, by pressing the appropriate buttons to attack the enemies. The playable characters resemble classic FF characters like Cloud, Rikku, Lightning and Red Mage.
