Sega revealed new info in Senjo no Valkyuria 2: Gallia Ourisshikan Gakkou [Valkyria Chronicles 2], the BLiTZ system will be enhanced with three new/improved elements: Potential ability, Moral and Order. Potential abilities become available when the individual meets certain criteria in action mode. Moral is a factor to trigger potential ability, which can be raised when you defeat enemy, rescue a friend or occupied an enemy base. If moral is too low, it is possible to trigger negative potential effects. An order is a special instructions made by military leaders in command mode, which can achieve special effects like increasing ability of the entire unit; or radically change the military situation.
In additional, Sega also revealed that Phantasy Star Portable 2's heroine Emilia will be a guest playable character in the game. If you have save data from Phantasy Star Portable 2 on your PSP, you can unlock Emilia, two special missions and special tank customization stickers.
