Banpresto will release Super Robot Taisen W for
Nintendo DS in Japan on March 1, 2007, for 6090 yen. The first Super Robot Taisen title
for the DS platform, the "W" in the title means "Double [screen]" and
"Double Story"; the game will have characters from 18 anime series, a portion of
the characters have never been seen before in the series, such as Gundam SEED Astray and
Gundam SEED X Astray. The story will be divided into two episodes, the story is several
years apart between the two. Super Robot Taisen W is currently 90% completed.
