Bandai revealed new details on Naruto: Narutimate Hero 3
for PlayStation 2, the 3rd game in the popular anime fighting game series. This time the
game will be released in two separate discs, the first disc is the Animation
Disc, which contains a brand new Naruto OVA, created by the staffs of the TV series.
The second disc is the Game Disc, which contains the Naruto fighting
game and an all new RPG mode.
The story in the RPG is about a new crystal snatching tournament in the leaf ninja village.
You play as Naruto, the goal is to find all the crystals scattered in the village; you can
team up with other fellow ninjas and battle against others to collect information and
crystals. Your rivals include the 3 strongest Sennins in the village - Naruto's teacher and
the legendary Sennin Jiraiya, the medical Sennin Shizune and the 5th hokage Tsunade, who
is also one of the legendary Sennin.
