- Square Enix announced that new info on Final Fantasy Versus XIII will be revealed in February 2010.
- Square Enix annnounced the Cavia developed action RPG Nier Gestalt for Xbox 360 and Neir Replicant for PS3 will be coming in Japan on April 22, 2010, for 7800 yen each.
- Koei Tecmo announced its third person shooter Quantum Theory has been postponed in Japan from March 25 to an unspecified date, it is unknown if the delay would affect the US and Europe release.

- Capcom announced in its annual report that Biohazard 5 Alternative Edition [Resident Evil 5 Gold Edition] will no longer appear on Xbox 360 in Japan, only the PS3 version will be available. The reason is the low sales of 360 games in Japan. The game will still be available on Xbox 360 in US and Europe.
- Capcom's Kenji Inafune said that the reason to release Monster Hunter Frontier on Xbox 360 is because the robust online infrastructure of Xbox Live. Development work of the game was actually started 2 years ago.
- Here are some new images of Capcom's MMO hunting action game Monster Hunter Frontier, the game will be released for Xbox 360 in Japan this summer.
